I have spent over fourteen years working in the finance sector, navigating the ups and downs of the industry and helping thousands of people secure their homes.
Over that time, I noticed a massive gap in how things were being done. The system often felt incredibly rigid, moving people through a conveyor belt, aligning with an option for now but without looking at the long term picture and without structured accountability to help people achieve it. Clients often are left playing the middle man between their accountant, broker and financial planner.
